Oatmeal Production process and operation methods
Wheat grains are cleaned, shelled, peeled, softened, and rolled into flakes, commonly known as rolled cereal. It can be mixed with staple grains (rice or other cereals, beans) and cooked with cereal rice (Congee). It can also be used in fruit Congee, Babao Congee and raw tablets. Raw cereal processing refers to the use of roll pressing technology to press the wheat grains that have been moderately peeled into slices, often one grain of wheat kernels pressed into one piece.
