2Precautions when using a twin screw extruder:

The temperature of each part of the twin screw extruder barrel gradually increases from the feeding section to the junction between the barrel and the mold.

The temperature of the mold is slightly higher than the temperature of the mold. The high temperature is controlled at 5-10 . The temperature at both ends of the mold is slightly higher than the middle temperature, and the higher temperature is controlled at 5-10 .

The die gap of the twin screw extruder should be slightly less than or equal to the plate thickness, and the lip gap should be slightly less than the gap between the die ports on both sides.

The roller surface of the twin screw extruder should have a medium height, and the gap between the three rollers should be equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the steel plate.

The temperature control of the mold should be stable. When the temperature is high, the flow rate of the melt in the crystallizer becomes faster; When the temperature is low, the flow rate of the melt in the crystallizer slows down. The instability of melt flow rate can cause significant errors in the longitudinal thickness of the sheet metal.
