Proper use of puffed food machinery in work
When the screw groove is found to be blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. Instead, run it for a while after stopping feeding until there is a burnt smell before stopping the machine. This can prevent the mould head and screw from biting. If the mould head and screw bite and cannot be removed, do not forcefully knock and smash them. You can remove them from the body and let them burn in the fire for a while before they can be removed.
When the mould cannot spray the formed product in the early stage of the work, it is often caused by the high temperature of the mould. The reason is that the raw material is too dry, there are foreign objects in the screw, or the feeding is interrupted. The cause should be found according to different situations and the fault should be eliminated.
After the work is completed, stop feeding and let the machine idle for one minute. After discharging all the materials inside the machine, stop the machine.
Before starting work, the working parts such as the machine head, mould, and screw should be removed, and the rice and oil stains on the mould and screw should be carefully cleaned. After cleaning, air dry and reassemble.
When using, first turn on the machine and run for 1-2 minutes, then slowly add the raw materials to the feeding port. When about a handful of raw materials can fill the ring groove of the screw head, stop feeding and perform friction preheating. When the temperature of the standby head rises, the pressure inside the machine chamber increases, and the mould begins to spray, feed again. Due to the fact that the temperature and pressure inside the machine chamber have not yet reached normal levels, the feeding amount should gradually and slowly increase.
The feeding should be continuous and uniform, and the material should be dry, otherwise it may cause blockage of the screw.
The above is the correct usage method for puffing food machinery, hoping to provide assistance for everyone's use.
