Equipment Usage 

Mixer: Select the appropriate type of mixer based on the production capacity of the production line 

Screw conveyor: A screw conveyor driven by an electric motor ensures convenient feeding. 

Twin screw extruder: Select the appropriate type of food extruder based on the production capacity of the production line, with the production capacity ranging from 200 kg/h to 500 kg/h. Ultra low temperature soybean meal, peanut meal, isolated protein, etc. It can be used as a raw material, and the mold can be disassembled and replaced according to the specific product appearance. 

Conveyor: Transfer the product to the drying oven. The height of the elevator is determined by the electric oven, or it can be served by a wind pickup machine 

Five-layer electric oven: The ambient temperature is adjusted from 0 to 200 degrees in the middle of the control box. The internal structure is stainless steel mesh belt conveyor, which can adjust the oven duration according to the speed. The electric oven has three, five, and seven layers
