Two month ago, we received the order from a Nigerian client for a set fish feed production line, with a capacity of 200-260 kg per hour. The whole production line includes machines from raw material mixing to final product packing. In addition, we also provide raw material processing machines, such as grain crusher, meat crusher, bone crusher, etc. Moreover, if the client has the needs, we can also provide the automatic raw material batching weighing system and packing machine, to provide clients with a one-stop service.
This production line has a higher-capacity drying machine, and also, the dryer is equipped with the hot air circulation system and the dehumidification system, to ensure the drying capacity of the dryer can reach the target if there's a need to increase the production capacity in the future.
Currently, the production is completed, so we do an inspection running of the production line before delivery, to ensure the production line provided to the client is without problems.
After the inspection running, the production line is running well and with good performance. All the machines meet the delivery standard.
